but why don't you try in supermarket. You may find them frozen but at least it's clean. Or get to know fishermen. Its not complicated, but needs some guts. You meet some fisherman, tell them you want to make youtube videos on their fishing life, you stick with them, go fishing with them, then you'll see all the fishes they show to you, all clean and fresh. Once you get what you want, make sure to make a youtube video for them and send them the link. You both can harvest from your curiousity
